For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout this document and all related policies published by kj77.

By accessing kj77.one, registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered by kj77, you are deemed to have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms that may be published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and kj77 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter. No verbal or written representation made by any kj77 employee or representative shall modify these Terms unless such modification is made in writing and published on the platform.

Use of the kj77 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering and using the platform, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• Age Requirement: You are at least 21 years of age. kj77 enforces the Philippine minimum legal gambling age of 21 years without exception. Creating or attempting to create an account if you are under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law and are not acting under duress or undue influence.
• Jurisdiction: You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of kj77 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing.
• Single Account: You do not currently hold, and will not attempt to open, more than one kj77 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to immediate closure with forfeiture of balances in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
• Own Funds: All funds deposited to your kj77 account are legally owned by you and are not derived from criminal activity or money laundering.
• Not Self-Excluded: You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order imposed by you or by kj77 pursuant to the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP): You are not a politically exposed person as defined under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, unless you have disclosed this status to kj77 prior to registration and received written confirmation of acceptance.

Each individual may hold only one active account on the kj77 platform. Registration requires the submission of accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

kj77 reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, at any time during active use, and at the point of withdrawal request. Acceptable documents for KYC purposes include, but are not limited to, a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, voter's ID, or other government-issued identification. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

kj77 does not permit the transfer, sale, or assignment of accounts between individuals. Any attempt to transfer account ownership or allow a third party to operate your account will result in immediate account suspension.

kj77 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing times are displayed within the Deposit section of your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

All funds deposited to your kj77 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and verified under your kj77 account. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made using payment methods registered to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate blocking of the deposit, investigation of the account, and potential suspension.

• kj77 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees independent of the platform.
• Deposited funds are held as platform credit and may not earn interest.
• kj77 reserves the right to impose deposit limits at its discretion, including for compliance, responsible gaming, or fraud prevention purposes.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your kj77 balance within minutes of successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are subject to standard interbank processing times and may take longer during weekends or public holidays.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed the kj77 KYC verification process. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed within the Withdrawal section of your account dashboard. kj77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for high-value or unusual withdrawal requests. Processing times vary by payment method and are set out in the account Withdrawal section.

kj77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing in cases where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or ongoing investigation. In such cases, kj77 will communicate the reason for the hold to the Player as soon as it is legally permissible to do so.

kj77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any inconsistency between the specific promotional terms and these General Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, maximum bet sizes during bonus play, and expiry periods are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
• kj77 reserves the right to refuse, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at its discretion, including in cases of suspected abuse.
• Players who are found to be using multiple accounts, exploiting system errors, or engaging in bonus abuse behaviour will have their promotional eligibility permanently revoked and their accounts reviewed for further action under Section 12.
• Bonuses are intended for entertainment use only and kj77 makes no guarantee that any promotional offer will result in a financial gain for the Player.

All games available on the kj77 platform — including but not limited to slots, live dealer table games, sports betting, online sabong, and bingo — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on kj77 operate on certified and regularly audited random outcome systems. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real-time studio environments with verifiable results. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for slot games is displayed in the game information panel before play begins.

• All bets placed on kj77 are final once confirmed. kj77 does not accept requests to void bets after confirmation except in cases of demonstrable system error or game malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game session, kj77 will use available game server logs to determine the last confirmed game state and will act in good faith to resolve the situation fairly for the Player.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kj77 platform. Any Player found to be engaging in any of the following activities will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one account per individual person (duplicate or multi-account registration).
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time.
• Using software, bots, automated systems, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to manipulate gameplay outcomes, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system malfunctions for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker-style or multi-player games.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal source.
• Using the platform to facilitate financial transactions unrelated to genuine gambling activity (including but not limited to structuring deposits to circumvent AML reporting thresholds).
• Allowing or facilitating access to your kj77 account by a minor (person under 21 years of age).
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic access restrictions or to obscure your true location.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes harassment, abuse, or threats directed toward kj77 employees, agents, or other users.

All content on the kj77 platform, including but not limited to the kj77 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, databases, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of kj77 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kj77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the kj77 platform without prior written consent.

Third-party game content on the kj77 platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game developers and studios. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights in third-party content to you.

kj77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your kj77 account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on PHP deposits. Limits take effect immediately upon saving and may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Timers: Configure on-screen alerts that notify you when you have been logged in and actively playing for a specified period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications displaying your session duration and net win/loss position during active play.
• Self-Exclusion: Immediately block your kj77 account for a specified period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

kj77 will not reverse a self-exclusion under any circumstances during the active exclusion period, including at the direct request of the Player. Any player who has self-excluded and attempts to re-register or access the platform through a different account will have the new account closed and their original exclusion period extended.

kj77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including identity fraud, payment fraud, or collusion.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by kj77.
• Conduct that violates applicable Philippine law or regulations, including PAGCOR-related requirements.
• Detection of duplicate accounts registered to the same individual.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or related offences.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Any other conduct that kj77 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, its users, or its operators.

In the event of account closure for a material breach of these Terms, kj77 may, at its absolute discretion, forfeit all or part of the balance held in the account, including real-money funds and bonus credits. Where closure is not attributable to Player misconduct, the remaining balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC or investigation requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kj77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

kj77's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or related to their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kj77 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from platform downtime, technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment provider failures beyond our reasonable control.

In the event of any dispute relating to your kj77 account, a transaction, a game outcome, or the application of these Terms, you should first contact the kj77 customer support team via the live chat function available in your account dashboard. kj77 aims to resolve all Player disputes within 5 to 10 business days of receiving a complete dispute submission.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, you may escalate the matter in writing to kj77's compliance team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute, relevant transaction references, and any supporting documentation. kj77 will issue a written decision within 15 business days of receiving a complete escalated complaint.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Philippines. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the procedures described above.

kj77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to individual Players. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the kj77 platform — including logging in, depositing, or placing any wager — after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your kj77 account and withdraw any remaining balance before the revised Terms take effect.

Where an amendment materially affects Player rights in a manner that is not merely administrative or cosmetic, kj77 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered account holders where practicable.
